Hi! I'm Hannah Whidden and I'm the founder and formulator at Oly Sudz based out of Olympia, Washington. I was born and raised on Bainbridge Island and come from a natural sciences background.

 

I'm always looking for ways to minimize my plastic consumption and environmental footprint on this finite planet. In college I was introduced to the environmental working group (ewg.org) skindeep database where you can search the safety of personal care topical products. I rarely found products on the shelves that met my safety criteria, so I decided to make my own. 

 

 I handcraft eco-friendly, long lasting, organic, plant powered soaps inspired by the trails with ingredients that you can pronounce. When I'm not slinging soap, I'm out on the trails exploring mother nature with my husky Levi and husband Scott.
